OUR GOAL
We develop and implement novel brain technologies for deep brain stimulation (DBS) that are wireless—e.g., MagTIES and magnetomechanical stimulation—and non-invasive—e.g., TIBS. Integrating neuroscience, nanotechnology, electrical and software engineering, molecular biology, and animal studies, we convert safe, low-power magnetic fields into precise bioelectric cues to modulate deep circuits without bulky implants, enabling fundamental discovery and paving the way for minimally invasive therapies.
